We are located in the Tortona Hills, approximately an hour away from Milan and Genoa. We arrived here 15 years ago, purely by chance, and it was love at first sight! Seeing is believing. Gradually, we immersed ourselves in the world of agriculture, striving to practice sustainable and organic farming. In line with this principle, a year and a half ago, we started practicing natural beekeeping. This is a stationary beekeeping approach that focuses on the well-being of bees and their crucial role as pollinators, with honey production for human consumption taking a back seat. In this regard, natural beekeeping involves the use of hives that, in terms of shape and materials used, resemble the spaces where bees naturally live. Currently, we use Top Bar hives for our beekeeping activities.

Come per tutte le attività che vengono curate in ogni loro dettaglio, in termini di sostenibilità per l’ambiente e per una qualità elevata del prodotto finale, ci sono dei costi gestionali significativi. La nostra azienda vuole evitare di ribaltare interamente sul cliente l’intero costo per due semplici motivi:

molte voci sono relative ad investimenti per un’attività in cui crediamo fortemente, in termini anche di futuri ritorni

vogliamo prima farvi conoscere il nostro prodotto e poter quindi essere convincenti che un prodotto di qualità giustifica, sempre e comunque, anche prezzi diversi da quello che si possano trovare in altri ambiti.
